Many people buy iPhones, because that’s what’s popular on the market, but very few use their iPhones to their fullest potentials. If you’ve yet to visit the app store, navigate your way home via Maps, or record a YouTube video with your camcorder, now is the time to start exploring your iPhone options.

To get started, why not make the most of your iPhone’s front-facing camera feature? Below are three iPhone applications that guarantee hours of fun from nothing more than your phone’s camera!

FaceCraze

FaceCraze is a program that lets users alter the faces of celebrities, family members, and friends, as well as their own. Since its recent launch, the app has been drawing fans from every demographic. Users are delighted by the prospects of changing the facial structures, hair colors, styles, and features of their favorite film and music stars, not to mention their friends and family members. The iOS game, introduced by CJE Apps, also allows you to share your silly pics with friends via text messaging and/or online social media sites, like Facebook and Twitter. Check out the app’s website here.

FatBooth

The increasingly popular FatBooth allows users to import pictures of themselves and loved ones to see what they would look like after a solid few months of binge-eating. As with FaceCraze, the app allows you to send or post the hysterical pictures of your fatter self. PiVi & Co., the company responsible for unleashing FatBooth, has gone on to launch a series of apps with parallel themes. These apps include AgingBooth (which makes you old), MixBooth (which alters your gender and skin color), HeliumBooth (which manipulates high and squeaky recordings of your voice), and BaldBooth (do we really need to explain this one?).

iPoker Face

One app that appeals to a slightly more mature demographic is the freshly launched iPokerFace. No, it’s not a Lady Gaga reference. Rather, this app fills the void left in online poker games by letting you see your fellow players’ faces. It’s the closest you can get to playing in person without having to leave the comfort of your home. iPokerFace makes it easier to identify “tells,” recognize bluffs, and read good hands on your opponents’ faces. iPokerFace utilizes the iPhone 4’s front-facing camera to great effect.

Take advantage of all of these great applications right on the screen of your iPhone or iPad. As one of the industry’s leading innovators, Apple and its affiliate app-designers have got you covered for all of your fun-seeking needs.
